Whey is put in everything?

Postby Lightening Bug » Thu Jun 07, 2018 7:38 am

I just recently read some people are allergic to whey. Out of curiosity I did a search to find out what foods contain whey. The answer is many every day foods do.

As you can see in the article below the products range from baked goods, butter and cream, to cereals.

A person who is allergic to whey would find it difficult to avoid. I wonder if people who not allergic to it can eat too much?

Take care. :D

Yep. I have milk allergy so whey is in that category. There's a whole list of words to watch for. Casein is another word that means milk.
I can consume some dairy, but knock it off when my skin gets itchy. I notice when I have dairy products I sleep better--sometimes all through the night ! Take away the dairy--I will be up in the night.
