After a stretch of mighty warm weather, we have a temperature starting with a 5 tonight. Guessers say we may get down to a temp starting with 4 tonight. I knew I was doing right by not sawing up my logs, waiting for cooler weather... either that or I got lucky. :?  Whelp.. at least my logs are in the back yard, I can always snowblow around them. :| :x

We had a 6 a.m. temperature of 50 a few nights ago here in south-central Minnesota. It felt so chilly that my inside-at-night cat wouldn't go out when I opened the door. He waited until the sun had warmed things up. Lots of nights lately in the mid to upper 50s. I hate to see fall trying to arrive so soon :( .
