You can now upload and post photos. If you look down below your posting window, you'll see an attachment tab. This will let you select a photo off your hard drive and upload it so you can display it in the post. It's set so you can upload only three. Be sure you size them so they are 200K or less, camera often create way too big of a file and you need to change the quality to be more in line with uploading versus printing them out as a photo. The net doesn't benefit from high resolution graphics and it would consume storage too quickly. You can upload up to 5MB worth of photos and when that is reached, you may have to go clean out some of your old ones.

We also have a size limit of 640x480 since a lot of kountry life users still use 800x600 display size on their computers. It will automatically shrink it if you upload one larger.

What is the secret to downloading photos for posting on the web without loosing the sharpness? I admire the quality of some of the posters photos on this board. How do you keep the quality if you have to compress to photo to meet the maximum file size? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
